Erudite Systems Releases Online CRM Software
St. Louis, MO, Dec. 09, 2003 - Erudite Systems, a web solutions company, opened registration today
for its online CRM software. Called Web Cliento,
the software is in the final testing stages prior to public release.
Web Cliento is the third release of CRM software by Erudite Systems, Inc. The first two versions, both named
"C-tracker", were also web based but ran on a Microsoft database platform. Newly released Web Cliento was developed
using open-source technologies PHP and MySQL. The development team at Erudite Systems found that these technologies allowed
for a more efficient and more versatile product.
Web Cliento is described as a complete CRM solution because it offers more than standard leads-tracking and account management tools.
An in-depth address book stores business and sales contacts, while the enhanced scheduler tool offers planning, customer interaction histories,
and e-mail reminders. Finally, new analysis tools are designed to help users provide better customer service.
"Web Cliento is an all-inclusive customer management tool," said Dan Koboldt, president of Erudite Systems. "We hope to expand and improve its features
based upon user feedback." Web Cliento is expected to be fully available by the end of the year, Koboldt added.
