Browser Requirements
Our CRM software is entirely web-based, which means that it should be accessible through most internet browsers. However, certain security standards and other
features of our software mandate some basic requirements for the browser that you use to access it.
The Web Cliento Window
Web Cliento's online CRM software runs in a customized web browser window. You will notice that the address bar, status bar, and certain other features are disabled
in this window. You might find this annoying, but it's for your protection - by hiding the internal navigation and functionality of our software, we make it harder
for would-be intruders to go after your personal information and customer relationship data.

JavaScript and Cookies
You must have JavaScript enabled for this domain in order to use Web Cliento. We use the technology for aesthetic and usability enhancements, as
well as reinforcement of some security features. Web Cliento must also be able to save cookies on your computer. Both of these options are enabled by
default in most web browsers. To get help with this, visit our page on enabling Javascript

SSL / Encryption
At a minimum, your browser must support 40-bit encryption in order to access Web Cliento. This allows you to manage your customer data via an encryption layer, which
ensures that even if someone intercepted your data, they would not be able to read it.
For Optimal Results
We built and tested our software using primarily Microsoft Internet Explorer, so that's our recommendation. However, Web Cliento's online CRM software should be
compatible with Netscape, Opera, and other mainstream web browsers. If you come across an incompatibility using any browser, please let us know.
