Web Cliento Offers Online CRM SolutionST. LOUIS, MO - Registration opened today for the beta version of Web Cliento, a new kind of online CRM software offered by Erudite Systems. Formerly known as ClientTracker, Web Cliento offers a suite of online tools designed to aid businesses in tracking, management, and analysis of their customer data. In addition to leads and account management applications, the online software includes an address book, scheduler, and e-mail interface. XML import and export functionality allows Web Cliento to share data with client-side applications such as Microsoft Outook. Use of the online CRM software is free; the registration requires only a valid e-mail address which will be kept private. Web Cliento has two user platforms: single-user, in which one user may access the software, and multi-user, in which multiple users share the same customer data but log their activities individually. "We believe that Web Cliento can be used in a variety of industries," said Dan Koboldt, president of Erudite Systems. The company hopes that feedback from users of Web Cliento will help them hone the next version of the software. Erudite Systems is a web development company located in St. Louis, Missouri.
