Subscription-based CRM Software Goes LiveST. LOUIS, MO - Erudite Systems announced a new version of subscription-based online CRM software. Web Cliento, which offers contact management, leads tracking, account service, and analysis tools, will be available at a variety of pricing structures. The single user model allows one person unlimited access to the software. The team model allows a master account to create up to four additional users, who will all share the same CRM data. Finally, Web Cliento offers an enterprise model for 10 or more user accounts. These accounts also have the CRM collaboration features available. "Our goal is to make Web Cliento a helpful and affordable CRM solution," said Dan Koboldt, president of Erudite Systems. Koboldt added that the software still offers a free trial of 30 days for those who want to try the software before buying. Once the 30-day trial has ended, users must either purchase a subscription to Web Cliento (monthly and annual payment plans are available) or lose access to the CRM tools. Users without subscriptions will still be able to export their CRM data into XML or Excel-compatible formats. Koboldt mentioned that perhaps the strongest feature of the online CRM solution is its evolution - developers are constantly adding new capabilities and interface enhancements in reponse to user feedback.
