Device Requirements
You need two things to use Web Cliento Mobile Edition - a web browser on your handheld device, and access to the internet. Not only does our
web based crm application require no downloads, but it's compatible with a wide variety of devices.
Requirement 1: A Web-Enabled Handheld Device
You need a handheld device to view and manage CRM data. "Web-enabled" means that your smartphone, pda, or other device has a web browser. Most web browsers
that come built-in to your handheld are sufficient. We have stripped nearly all of the graphics and tables out of the Web Cliento interface to maximize the
speed and compatibility of the mobile crm application. If you have a high-end handheld device, such as a pocket PC, you may wish to try the standard version
of Web Cliento Online CRM software.
Requirement 2: Internet Access
You will need continuous internet access while using Web Cliento Mobile Edition. This allows you to view and manage your customer information in real-time. For
team users of Web Cliento, this allows synchronous access to shared data. The advantage of web-based CRM for handhelds is that it requires no disk space on your
device's hard drive. In addition, our development team can apply patches and upgrades to the CRM application without any action required from you.
