Account Management
Accounts are entities used to organize customers with whom you already do business. If you need CRM software for account management or customer service, the
"relationships" section of Web Cliento will be most useful.
View Your Relationships
Access your leads by clicking the "Relationships" button at the top of Web Cliento. All of your current Relationships will be listed, along with the date that each was created.
When your list of leads grows, you may find that sorting it by the column headers makes it easier to find the Relationship you want.
Case Management
The case management tools are a powerful feature of Web Cliento that help you track customer service issues for a certain relationship. Using the "case" object allows
your service personnel to track customer service issues as different "threads", bringing about a more organized service effort.
Adding A Relationship
There are two ways to add an Relationship to your CRM data. The first is to enter it manually by clicking the "Add" button at the bottom of your Relationship list, and filling
out the form. In other situations, however, you may want to create an Relationship from a lead that you had entered in Web Cliento. Do this by clicking the "Promote to
Relationship" button on the lead information screen.
Associating Contacts, Companies, and Events
Relationship management will be much easier if you enter and associate contacts, organizations, and events with your relationships. This will help organize your customer data
into a CRM information system, where retrieving the customer information and interaction data for any relationship is easy and efficient.
Archived Relationships
As your business with certain Relationships dwindle, you may wish to hide the Relationship in your Relationship Manager, but retain its information in the database. For this function
the "archive" field will be useful; if you archive an Relationship it will only appear when you click to view "Archived Relationships" at the bottom of the Relationship Manager.
