The second major component to Web Cliento is the schedule tool, which permits you to record past and schedule upcoming interactions with a customer.
By clicking the "schedule" button at the top of Web Cliento, you'll be presented with the default view (the current week).
This schedule view provides a quick snapshot of your work week - the number of events on each day are displayed. The "month" view works in a similar
fashion. You can also view your schedule by day.
You may notice that the day view lists all of your customer relationship management events planned (or recorded) for that day. Recording customer
events that have already taken place is equally important to planning them, since Web Cliento's analysis tools use event information
to help you keep tabs on customer service.
