should be your contacts - the people and organizations with whom you do business. Not only will this be a place to store the numbers, addresses, and
e-mails that you want to have handy, but it gives you names that you can associate with leads, accounts, and business events. The default contacts
page lists all of the people and organizations that you have entered.
Note that our online CRM software makes a distinction between the people and the organizations because you might have multiple contacts from one
organization, or one contact who works for two companies. Web Cliento allows you to organize complex relationships such as those.
