Poker Mate - Legal InformationBy purchasing and installing Poker Mate, the User agrees to all items outlined in these terms of service. This agreement applies to the Poker Mate online poker aide, including all appurtenant media, written material, as well as any online or electronic documentation, hereinafter also referred to as "Software". "User" refers to any person who installs or uses Poker Mate. The User is not entitled to alter, decompile, save, copy, retransmit, or otherwise tamper with the programming that composes Poker Mate software. In addition, the User may not attempt to circumvent security restrictions or licensing protection that are part of the Software. "Unauthorized access" in this context refers to accessing any software or programming not entered by the user. Erudite Systems, Inc. does not warrant that the Software application purposes meet the individual User's requirements or that the Software is compatible with other programs selected by the User. Erudite Systems, Inc. collects information about users who purchase Poker Mate Software, including but not limited to Party Poker / Empire Poker player names, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Additional information, such as IP address, may be collected when users visit the Poker Mate web site. Erudite Systems collects and retains this information for internal monitoring and dispute purposes only. The information will not be sold or otherwise provided to third parties, except in the case that legal actions compel Erudite Systems, Inc. to do so. This policy will not change without 30 days of prior notice to all Poker Mate Software users. Poker Mate is a trademark of Erudite Systems, Inc. The algorithms and concepts behind this online poker aide are proprietary intellectual property. Erudite Systems is not affiliated with Party Poker, Empire Poker, or their parent companies. Erudite Systems and the makers of Poker Mate do not promote online gambling for real money. Any losses or financial damages accrued are the responsibility of the poker players. The purchase and use of Poker Mate does not include guarantees of winnings or financial gain. All disputes with Erudite Systems, Inc. related to Poker Mate Software must be arbitrated in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. |
